ENERGY PARALLEL SESSION 12: BIOFUELS: STRATEGIES AND OPPORTUNITIES

The objective of the session is to inform the audience on the key emerging issues of biofuels, including (i) biofuels and food security, (ii) future technological development, such as second generation biofuels technologies and economics, (iii) perspective of a developing country having long exposure to biofuels and (iv) view of non-governmental organizations on the critical impacts of biofuels. Four speakers, well known in the biofuels area, will be invited to share their rich experiences to the audience..
