Gorontalo Public Expenditure Analysis 2008

A new report released by the World Bank and Gorontalo Provincial Government shows that bureaucratic reforms in the new province have led to increased spending in education, infrastructure, health, agriculture and various other strategic sectors.

New Trade Note - March 2008

Indonesian trade figures for 2007 remained robust despite the slowdown in the US economy. A new trade note shows that total exports in 2007 grew 13.1 percent, down from 17.7 percent in 2006, reaching US$ 114 billion. Non-oil/gas exports were the star performer rising at a 15.5 percent clip, reaching US$ 92 billion, thanks to strong demand for agriculture and manufacture products.
