Talip Kilic is a Research Economist in the Development Research Group of the World Bank.
Talip Kilic is a Research Economist in the Development Research Group of the World Bank. As part of the LSMS-ISA team, he oversees ongoing LSMS-ISA work in Malawi and Uganda, and coordinates the LSMS-ISA partnerships with the World Food Programme (WFP), International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD) and the WorldFish Center (WFC). His research interests include measurement and analysis of poverty, agricultural and rural development, and methodological survey experiments. As a member of the Living Standards Measurement Study (LSMS) team, he has expertise in the design, implementation and analysis of household surveys. He holds a Ph.D. in Economics from The American University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and International Relations from Knox College.
